We are an experiencing rice exporter to European market such as the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Reunion France, Czech Republic, Hong Kong and Russia. We understood well about the right document so that our customer will receive the preference tax exemption on the import tax. We would like to highlight that importing Cambodian rice origin would be duty tax free on the import duty while Thailand and Vietnam would not be the same as Cambodian. FYI that Import Duty to be exemption in your country is 45-175 Euro/metric ton.

General information:

(1) Loading: 24 - 25 MT per 20’ container.
(2) Delivery: 2-3 week after official deposit receipt confirmed.
(3) Payment Term: 30% of payment deposit upon confirming and 70% upon a receiving a copy of BL and CO or 100% L/C irrevocable at sight.
(4) Packaging: 5, 10, 25, 50 Kg and 25bls, 50bls  PP , laminated, OPP,.. Bag included FOB price.

(5) Capacity: 3,000- 6,000 MT per month.

4.     Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Plant Protection Department of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

5.     Fumigation Certificate issued by Vinacontrol.

6.     Certificate of Quantity, Quality and Weight issued by Vinacontrol.

7.     Certificate of Origin issued by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

8.     Certificate of Affloxin, heavy metal, and pesticide issued by Vinacontrol following Taiwan standards.

1.     Certificate of Origin issued by Ministry of Commerce

2.     Certificate of Quantity issued by Camcontrol

3.     Fumigation Certificate issued by authorities company

4.     Phytosanitory Certificate issued by Ministry of Agriculture
